Artificial intelligence is not an opposite to human intelligence, it is an extension of it. For example, the intelligence of language models stems from being trained on all of humanity’s knowledge available on the internet. When we talk to a language model, we are talking to humanity’s knowledge. Language models are not an intelligence themselves but an interface to all of humanity’s knowledge.
